Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Global Services(BGS) is seeking an Experienced / Senior Project Manager - BGS Exchange Programs(Level 3/4) to join our team in Seattle, WA or Plano, TX.
This position is for a Strategy & Operations Specialist within the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Managed Parts Program Management Office that will support Exchange Programs specific Projects, KPI development & Process Improvement.
This position will support the execution of Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to CSP/LGE/AEP revenue, earnings, inventory & cash, Program service levels, partner management, and timely & robust cost recoveries. The ability to partner with support organizations within the IPT is imperative. The role will provide opportunities to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports in support of a one Boeing voice.
This role is for a 1st shift position, but may require the support of customers in all time zones, so flexibility and willingness to adjust schedule to engage with customers and all teammates around the world is critical.
This position will be based out of a Boeing facility with a direct reporting relationship through the Program Management Office.
Position Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Leads complex process improvement initiatives and projects to support service level improvements and contract diligence to Boeing Customers.
• Identifies and implements operational process improvements
• Supports program development, growth, and campaigns for portfolio product offerings, ensuring proper application of flight hour rates, MBK rates and other key customer support mechanisms.
• Coordinate and support customer contract modifications, facilitating dialogue and onboarding
• Communicate Program health to leadership and across the Program as necessary
• Supports the identification, disposition and sale of excess Inventories
• Support recovery of operational, program cost, and cash targets
• Coordinate with Supplier Management to manage partner relationships and performance
• Coordinate with Engineering to identify & resolve technical issues impacting the Program
• Support the Program Managers and Program Operations Leader in the development of proforma T&Cs, and proposal decisions for new potential customer contracts
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, BCA Programs) to ensure one-Boeing voice to customers
• Perform Market analysis on comparable PBH programs, ensuring Boeing is uniquely positioned to offer competitive program rates
• Supports IT program initiatives to ensure that systems integrations effectively support business trajectory

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• At least 5 years experience do you have with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Business Development or P&L
• Experience leading and/or managing complex projects
• Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
• 3 + years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to travel globally as required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• At least 10 years of experience do you have with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Business Development or P&L
• Experience leading and/or managing complex projects
• Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
• 5 + years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to travel globally as required
• Airline Operations, MRO, and aftermarket experience
• Knowledge of Power by the Hour Programs (PBH)
• Experience with Program Management Best Practices
• Experience administering a contract
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
