Needs based sales process—you are contacting qualified leads from our ongoing advertising, and you own the sales process from initial call, credit, financing, vehicle selection and delivery--all focused on identifying their needs and providing the best solution for them.

Outstanding compensation—commission and performance bonus, with earnings of $100,000 plus.
