SalaryCampus Child Care, Inc. is currently interviewing for EEC certified Infant Teachers for its Harvard Yard Child Care Center, one of seven that are located across Harvard University's campus.
We seek teachers who have experience planning emergent, open-ended curriculum, documenting children's growth, performing children's assessments, and have experience working as part of a collaborative team. Qualified candidates will be warm, flexible and committed to the field of early childhood education. Candidates should have experience working with infants, have a deep understanding of child development, be able to establish trusting relationships with the children in their care, and work well within a team. Strong communication skills are required. We seek teachers with at least two years of experience in either a head or lead teaching roleand a Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field. Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach is preferred. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
