Artisan Childcare Center is a Music and Arts based Early Childhood Center with locations in Newton, Weston, Woburn, and Cambridge. We currently offer care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years of age. We are in search of a nurturing and passionate educator to join our Artisan team. Current positions include an Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher starting on 9/1/2023.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall supervision of a group of children, maximum size of nine with up to six toddlers and three infants.
- Cooperate with the lead toddler teacher in the classroom to support the needs of all children.
- Implement and create lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Artisan philosophy of education.
- Follow all EEC regulations and provide a healthy and safe environment.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized classroom.
- Assess the development of each child and provide annual teacher/parent conferences.
- Attend mandatory faculty meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimum of a Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or related field
· EEC Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher
*Pediatric and Adult CPR/AED & First Aid Certification a PLUS!
**The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a team-oriented person. Skills should include high-energy, and knowledge of best-practices in the field of early childhood development. The right fit for this position must be adaptable, friendly, dependable and pay close attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
