- Coordinate HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, monitoring progress against milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives, including best practice benchmarking.
- Design and implement change management strategies for HR initiatives.
- Present project status updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of HR project management experience, delivering projects on time and budget.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
