Artisan Dental Laboratory is seeking an Experienced Crown & Bridge DentalLab Technician. Experience with finishing zirconia and PFMs is required. At least five years of experience is preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Provides a key role in the manufacturing of fixed and removable dental appliances
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with finishing zirconia and PFMs
- At leave 5 years Crown & BridgeDental Lab experience
- Must be able to read and comprehend prescriptions
- Must have good production skills
- Requires excellent fine motor skills
- Able to sit at a bench and work for up to two hours at a time
- Able to stand and work for up to two hours at a time
- Must be able to read and comprehend English to work from a prescription
- Must be detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under a time schedule deadline
- Able to multi-task and organize work for the day
- Must be a team player and be excited to provide a valued health care service that positively affects others

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meets the minimum unit production standards established for this position
- Understands sequential steps of position and scheduling priorities
- Comprehends standard operating procedures as well as those of individual products
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Displays excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure
- Respectfully takes direction from manager
- Other duties as assigned

SALARY RANGE: $20 to $27/hour
