Seeking an experienced CNC Turning Center Set-Up person for 1st shift operations in our Large Lathe Department. Preferred candidates will have minimum of 10 years of experience working with close tolerance parts, setting up large CNC turning centers (Ø 2.00” thru 12.00”), editing programs, troubleshooting processes, and training operators. Hourly wages based upon skill and experience.

Qualified candidates are required to have:
• Documentation to legally work in the USA.
• High school level education or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate and follow instruction in English both verbal & written.
• 10+ years large lathe experience setting CNC turning centers. including programing, tool selection, trouble shooting and running low volume production.
• Ability to competently use most handheld inspection equipment, comparators, and other inspection equipment.
• strong blueprint reading; some GD&T preferred.
• the agility to stand, stoop, bend, pick and accurately place parts throughout the shift.
• strong basic math skills.
