Looking for an experienced Medical Scribe for our Columbia location who is dependable in a fast paced environment.
- Hours would be Monday - Friday with occasional overtime.
- Must be a certified medical assistant. If there is certification for medical billing and coding that is a bonus as well!
- The candidate must know medical terminology.
- Must be goal oriented and work well under pressure.
A Medical Scribe is essentially a personal assistant to the physician; performing documentation in the EHR, gathering information for the patient's visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient careMedical Scribes are individuals trained in medical documentation who assist a physician throughout their shift.
