As a Setter, you will help homeowners go solar and eliminate their energy bills for good. With our program and the federal tax credit. The best part is that the homeowner pays no money out of pocket! As a Trainer, you will train new reps on the doors through direct-to-home training, and as a Manager, you will set expectations with new hires for specific benchmark/goal attainment opportunities. We offer per-sit pay and install bonuses, and we give you all the tools you need to make $45k-$75k a year starting out, with advancement opportunities and direct sales marketing leadership positions that pay over $150k+ per year.
