Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant

Apartment Leasing Consultant will be expected to perform the responsibilities below:
Greets, assists, and leases apartment to all prospective residents who enter community.
Answering phones, greeting potential clients/residents and showing available apartment homes.
Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features.
Ensure appearance of model apartment & future apartment homes are acceptable for showing.
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Mindfulness of "curb-appeal" in the community.
Must be comfortable with a fast-paced atmosphere.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs & able to navigate Property Management software (Yardi, OneSite, Lead2Lease, BlueMoon, Entrata ect.) is a plus.
Must be familiar with Fair Housing guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications: One year as a Leasing Consultant.
Preferred Qualifications: College degree,
