Join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing user experiences! As an Experience (EXD) Designer , you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and innovative solutions for our internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product strategy into intuitive interaction flows and designs.
- Advocate for users, ensuring designs are accessible and aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for user testing and stakeholder communication.
- 5+ years of (EXD) Experience Desighn exprience with a focus on user-centered design.
- Experience designing complex transactional systems into intuitive and valuable products.
- Proven analytical and conceptual thinker that translated user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities into innovative design.
- Experience with human-centered design methodologies and rapid ideation processes such as Lean XD and Design Sprints is expected.
- Experience designing responsive websites, applications, and other digital interfaces. Experience designing native mobile applications is a plus.
- Proficiency in interaction and visual design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq and Figma.
- Experience in Agile environments and using tools like JIRA.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Pay Details: $76.00 per hour
