Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages and foods to our members and customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of various drink recipes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and customers

- Interact with members and customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take member and customer orders and process payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bars and dining areas

- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bars

- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Knowledge of UNION POS system or similar point-of-sale software

- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling and making change

- Strong understanding of food safety guidelines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with banquet or event bartending

- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management

Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships. This is a position paid at NJ minimum rate of $5.13 an hour +tips.
