Bartender/Server

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry best practices

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills accurately
- Experience in the food service industry or brewing is a plus
