Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph Required - No Sponsorship
Position Objective: In this role, you will showcase your experience and skills to support significant continuity, watch operations, and emergency management efforts within the Intelligence Community (IC). You will join our team which demonstrates familiarity with enterprise-wide issues and challenges facing the IC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, exercise, and assess continuity plans, 24/7 all source alert, warning and situational awareness, readiness response to crises, information technology disaster recovery, secure resilient communications platforms, and emergency management coordination.
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph
Bachelor’ degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience; or
Master’s degree with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Valid state issued driver’s license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional certification and training such as Certified Emergency Manager, Professional Continuity Practitioner Level 1 & Level 2, Master Exercise Practitioner, etc.; or related training (e.g., HSEEP, ICS 300-400), provide desirable critical skills for this role.
A combination of experience with and/or knowledge of the following is desired for this position:
Developing policy, procedures, or plans and coordinating them internally and externally;
Assessment and evaluation of national policy and plans governing and impacting continuity programs;
Developing and executing exercises;
Providing training in accordance with an established program;
Program evaluation and assessment;
Applying analytic, diagnostic, and qualified techniques;
Conducting independent research;
Filtering and synthesizing data and producing clean, logical, concise products using spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization;
Presenting routine issues in written and graphical forms;
Conducting independent analysis with government supervision and presenting results to government management in either written and/or oral format;
