We are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our strategic growth, service and operational plans for the Carolina region. In this role, your primary focus will be on maintaining and expanding our existing account base while driving significant business growth through impactful client relationships, strategic expansion efforts, and successful new account launches. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire and motivate the regional team through dynamic and hands-on leadership.
- Lead and empower the business development team to develop, execute, and deliver on strategic initiatives within the region.
- Act as a true ambassador of our company, fostering strong relationships with both employees and customers.
- Collaborate with your peers to identify opportunities to improve upon our operational excellence by standardizing processes, particularly during property launches, new customer activations, and company-wide initiatives affecting the region.
- Actively participate and contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, building and deepening lasting productive relationships with our customers and potential clients.
- Continuously assess and optimize the organizational structure of the regional team to provide exceptional service and outstanding performance to our properties.
- Champion our company's core values, including our state-of-the-art technology and unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead regional team to achieve P & L targets through flawless operations, remarkable customer service, and strong relationships.
- Focus on cost optimization to improve EBITDA margins while maintaining the longer term health of the region through smart fiscal efforts.
- Conduct and document financial and business analysis on the region in collaboration with your finance partners, with the on-going capability to present to CEO and senior leadership on the state of the region.
- Develop and manage budgets, review materials, and provide ongoing reporting against objectives.
- Foster positive relationships to maintain company visibility with community, residents, stakeholders, and officials.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and build strong industry relationships.
- Manage department reporting and analytics for accurate and insightful data.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent from an accredited university, MBA Preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience with strong general management skills focused on sales and account management goals.
- Direct experience in residential and commercial telecommunications services.
- Proven track record of account management and relationship building.
- Strong P & L experience and analytical skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills in English, bilingual Spanish-English may be required in some regions.
