ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Executive Vice President to lead our dbMotion business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of the business, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will have a diverse team across six countries, and you will partner closely with other business units within Altera Digital Health to ensure our collective success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the dbMotion business, ensuring alignment with Altera Digital Health's overall goals.
• Drive profitable growth across all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, services, and support.
• Navigate complex international procurement processes, including in socialized medicine markets.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
• Represent the dbMotion business to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee all financial aspects of the business, ensuring efficient resource allocation and achievement of financial targets.
• Partner with other business units within Altera Digital Health to leverage opportunities and drive collaborative success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in a leadership role within the healthcare software industry, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability.
• Experience leading a data-driven organization or a software solution involving data analytics preferred.
• Experience in international markets, particularly in socialized medicine environments.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare IT landscape and its challenges, and opportunities associated with data interoperability and care planning.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing a global P&L. Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into sound financial decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Strong belief in the power of data to drive positive change in healthcare.

TRAVEL
25-30% - including international travel.

U.S. or Canadian-based, remote role.

Salary Range
$190,000 - $240,000 USD
