Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executive team members
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and transcribe correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Coordinate and manage projects as assigned by executives
- Serve as a front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, handling various tasks as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in project coordination and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
