The Hospice CNA will be responsible for helping patients with daily activities and will assist with a variety of medical procedures and treatments. Our team of employees is a collaborative group that will support the successful candidate in their efforts to learn the many facets of our organization. This position offers the unique opportunity for employees to develop specialized skills and provide compassionate care to hospice patients.
Responsibilities:
- Clients' personal care.
- Carry out nursing activities based on a plan of care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and family members.
- Monitor patient's health.
- Communicate with physicians, family members, and other nurses.
- Give patients' medicine at scheduled times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
