Executive IT Support Specialist
Evolver is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to work in downtown San Francisco, CA.
Executive IT Support Specialist will provide day-to-day support to the Executive staff & Trading Floor employees of the company. This position will require a candidate that will be the technical expert on all areas of end user system support.
- Primary point of contact interfacing directly with executive-level staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Have strong analytical and technical skills to systematically resolve issues related to workstations, virtual machines, laptops and mobile devices.
- Be able to work effectively independently as well as collaboratively with a local or remote team
- Provide exceptional customer service while being able to manage day-to-day IT operations and critical situations.
- Understand and communicate the urgency of all issues as appropriate.
- Ability to provide remote support for a hybrid environment.
- Document issues/problems and solutions for both IT team members and end users.
- Work closely with other IT departments or vendors to escalate and resolve issues.
- Be available as on-call support as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations and laptops.
- 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in the financial industry a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Will consider years of experience and/or certifications in lieu of degree.
- Ability to interface with all levels of executive management team.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to restore immediate use of systems.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of video conferencing technologies such as Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with financial applications i.e., Bloomberg, Factset, Eze, Charles River, a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with desktop security products.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory Administration.
- Strong understanding of virtual desktops using vSphere, Horizon Client.
- Support of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads.
- Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Management.
- Experience with MDM systems such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with MFA such as RSA and MS Authenticator.
- Functional knowledge of one or more IT infrastructure fundamentals (e.g. basic networking skills, server, identity and access).

Actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, market and work location. Evolver offers benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual salary range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is between $100,000 and $160,000 USD/year.
