We're seeking an exceptional Executive Director (ED) to lead our Pittsburgh, PA office. As the ED, you'll be at the helm of day-to-day operations, fostering compliance, and empowering our team to deliver unparalleled care. Your role includes:

• Cultivating Growth: Expand and nurture client referral sources while spearheading community outreach initiatives.

• Team Leadership: Recruit and train a dynamic team, ensuring we meet the growing demand for our services.

• Client Focus: Prioritize exceptional service delivery, creating effective schedules, and driving growth within the assigned territory.

• Employee Engagement: Foster a supportive work environment, recognizing and valuing employee contributions.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, state requirements, and internal standards, demonstrating a deep understanding of Village Caregiving's services and processes.

• Collaboration: Cultivate strong internal networking, collaborating with colleagues and the executive team to achieve collective goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Management Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role preferred.

• Business Acumen: Exhibit sound business judgment and decision-making abilities.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

-        Previous management experience preferred.

-        Registered Nurse (RN) license desired but not a requirement.

-        Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.

-        Capable of using common sense to problem solve.

-        Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.

-        Exhibits business acumen.

-        Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
