Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related areas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Education
- At least five (5) years of supervisory experience
- Prior experience managing online programs
EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities:
- Plan, organize and direct Education, Placement, Admissions, and Financial functions of the Online Division.
- Ensure enrollment, retention and placement goals are met
- Work with the president in the enrollment projections, processes and logistics
- Supervise administrative, academic and student services to ensure the required level of service is being provided
- Coordinate the academic processes along with the Dean of Academic Affairs for Distance Education and ensure compliance with the necessary documentation.
- Accountable for FTC Online Division growth and development not only in student population but also in the quality of their learning process, image, as well as the financial aspects and the operational results.
- Recruit, train and develop key managers
- Provide leadership and mentoring that motivates and creates a positive atmosphere within the administrative staff, faculty and students
- Foster a pleasant environment and educational culture among student population, faculty, administrators and directors as a community component that serves the Institution
- Develop, implement and manage institutional budgetary plan
- Comply with the Academic Calendar
- Organize and direct departmental meetings, as well as quarterly meetings with all staff of the FTC Online division.
- Establish an action plan for the good functioning and development of the FTC Online Division.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Direct management of Directors of all campus departments.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of organization.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities includes reviewing, hiring, and training, coaching / mentoring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
