We are searching immediately for an Executive Director of Sales to oversee our sales team at two beautiful properties just north of Chicago and South of Milwaukee. Executive Director Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans, set goals, and oversee market segments, contract approvals, sales assignments, and efforts of Sales Managers
• Conduct account prospecting and development through various channels
• Serve as a liaison between Sales Managers, Event Managers, revenue management, marketing, and executive teams
• Manage P&L and expenses, including forecasting and budgeting
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare senior management reports, and conduct market research for detailed business plans

Executive Director Sales Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as a DOS in the hotel industry, preferably in a resort setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Thorough knowledge of Delphi Systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify market trends and provide strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in sales management, market analysis, and revenue maximization strategies
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and travel as required for sales calls and industry events
