Village Caregiving, LLC is a non-medical in-home caregiving business that helps individuals age in place by assisting with Activities of Daily living (ADLs) (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and continence). We have 50+ offices across the country and currently seeking a highly motivated individual to help manage and grow our new Quincy, IL office. Specifically, this person will manage the day-to-day operations and compliance related to our home health aides and clients in the Quincy, IL area. The individual must be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solver, and be comfortable working alone.
The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for developing, leading, and growing a thriving office that grows month over month (MoM). The ED must strive to build and maintain referral sources, hire staff with a sense of urgency to meet the demand for services, value employee engagement, and seek to provide an exceptional client experience, all while being in compliance and completing the monthly admin tasks. The ED is accountable for the sustainment and growth of the business. The ED is also responsible for building relationships with our referral sources, and being active within the community we serve. The ED is someone we hold accountable for doing the right thing and using common sense when dealing with clients, colleagues, and employees.

As an Executive Director, you will:
· Strive to achieve a balanced book of business amongst our multiple payor sources.
· Develop, maintain, and fine-tune a team of direct care workers along with an office admin team.
· Lead by example by consistently implementing best practices and finding ways to manage the day and not let the day manage you.
· Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that keeps pace with the extreme growth of the assigned territory.
· Consistently execute a high level of customer service.
· Routinely plan and complete outreach to our current and potential referral sources.
· Participate in activities that benefit the communities we serve.
· Work with colleagues and an executive team that gives you the freedom to do your best at work each day and fosters a culture of engagement and support.
· Drive the growth of the assigned territory by running it like you own it.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Deepen the office’s book of business by actively seeking new business and by maintaining your book of business through employee engagement and industry-leading customer service.
· Demonstrate and maintain a working knowledge of Village Caregiving’s services, processes, and compliance requirements.
· Cultivate a strong internal networking culture that proactively collaborates with colleagues and the executive team.
· Participate in activities that align with Village Caregiving’s growth initiatives and benefit the communities we serve.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Previous management experience preferred
· Ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication.
· Capable of using common sense to problem solve.
· Comfortable navigating difficult conversations.
· Exhibits business acumen.
· Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
