This Executive Director role is a Business Management and Project Execution position, within the Card Technology organization. The position will work closely with the Head of Card Technology, Card Technology leadership team and Business partner functions.
This position will:
- Provide Business Management support to Head of Technology (HoT) for CCB Card business
- Partner with the HoT and their leadership team, human resources, communications, and stakeholders across CCB Finance and Business Management and the Card business on planning, and managing business reviews, business updates and ensuring execution of the deliverables in a matrix structure
- Facilitate the creation of executive-level presentations and updates for business reviews, townhalls, business reviews, and other forums as needed
- Responsible for executive reporting and analysis while assisting in managing strategic priorities and operational routines
- Independently lead HoT driven special projects and initiatives
- Provide consultative inputs to HoT and Card Technology leadership team through insights from business data and metrics
- Responsible for driving HoT strategic agenda for event planning and engagement including all-hands meetings, agenda setting, and leadership team events
- Proactively manage leadership backlogs and overall meeting cadence/routines
- Partner with communications to provide timely oversight and clear messaging for critical announcements
- Requires superior relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience Business Management and Project Execution
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (or related discipline), MBA preferred
- Experience with strategic consulting firms will be preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop crisp, concise executive-level communications and materials supporting the respective team's strategic objectives and initiatives
- Proven ability to navigate effectively and efficiently within a large matrix company, see the big picture and drive enterprise first thinking
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to juggle multiple tasks with excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with senior executives to assist in driving the business agenda
- Demonstrated leadership skills and be flexible around changing priorities
- Strong project management and organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven experience in discretion in handling highly sensitive issues
