Overview:
Family Touch is seeking an Executive Director. Our mission is to strengthen communities across generations by fostering socially and emotionally resilient families through education and counseling. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, managing programs and services, and driving business development. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic planning, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to negotiate and manage relationships.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Ensure program and service excellence, rigorous evaluation, and consistent quality across finance, administration, fundraising, and communications.
Actively engage and motivate Family Touch volunteers, board members, event committees, alumni, partnering organizations, and funders.
Develop, maintain, and support a robust Board of Directors and encourage board involvement in strategic direction.
Establish effective systems to monitor scaling progress, regularly evaluate program components, and measure successes for communication to the board, funders, and other stakeholders.
Fundraising & Communications:
Expand revenue streams and fundraising activities to sustain existing program operations.
Enhance all aspects of communications, from web presence to external relations
Utilize external presence and relationships to identify new opportunities.
Planning & New Business:
Cultivate partnerships in new markets, forging relationships with funders and community leaders to increase our organization's impact on the community.
Requirements:
The Executive Director should be fully committed to Family Touch's mission. Candidates must possess proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills. Specific requirements include:
Fluency in both Korean and English preferred.
Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and cultures.
Proficiency in organizational management, including staff coaching, team development, strategic goal setting, and budget management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and passionate communication style.
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning.
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups.
Passion, integrity, positive attitude, and self-direction.
