Our Community is seeking an experienced licensed Assisted Living Administrator/Executive Director for an Assisted Living community.

The candidate must have verifiable experience in a Virginia licensed Assisted Living community in a comparable role.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Hands-on leadership and experience in a similar setting is required.

This position also serves as the primary sales and marketing leader of the community.

Ensure the highest levels of customer service to our team members, residents, guests, vendors and professional referral sources.

The position requires a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, supervision of the Assisted Living community, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and applicable rules and regulations. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.

Develop a comprehensive sales plan that achieves or exceeds optimum occupancy and revenue goals.

Must be knowledgeable of applicable Assisted Living facility regulations.

Review and approve all operating expenses, management of all accounts receivable, and ensure the accurate and timely completion of all occupancy and financial reports. Meet or exceed established budgets to ensure the overall financial success of the Assisted Living community.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
