Executive Director

Job Summary:

Seeking transformational ministry leader to lead upward trajectory of the ministry for the future. Will lead organization and with support from the Board to establish vision, goals and strategy for current and future success.

Central Functions:

1) Chief spokesperson for ministry providing communication to internal and external stakeholders including internally with Club advisors and Officers and externally with parents, donors and clergy in the community.

2) Source funding and development needs for ongoing and future ministry requirements.

3) Recruit, onboard and implement organizational structure to support long-term growth and vision for CFC.

4) Provide leadership for continuous improvement of CFC ministry model of discipleship.

5) Overall responsibility for effective management and development of internal/external human resources.

6) Oversight and fiduciary responsibility for internal and external reporting and compliance.

Duties:

1) Community and relationship building for adult volunteers sourced through parents and local churches.

2) Engagement and Operations Support as needed for ministry delivery and preferred outcomes.

3) Establish and outline protocols for intern recruitment and development.

4) Oversight of club ministry support, engagement and customer service.

5) Lead development efforts for curriculum and other ministry product and services.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Candidate will have a passion for youth and campus ministry and have the heart of a missionary. Experience in ministry and non-profits is a plus. Skills in mentoring, training and discipleship are important for success. Ownership mindset with business/financial acumen embracing responsibility and empowerment are vital for satisfaction and effectiveness. Both ministry professionals and non-ministry professionals are invited to apply.
