Executive Chef(General Manager) At Fury Ii

We are looking for a experienced leader of our Lemoore store located at 10 N Belle Haven Dr Lemoore CA. FURY is a fast growing brand that specializes in hot chicken and urban culture. We are in search of someone that wants to grow with our brand in the long term and displays a commitment to our brand and values. As well a leader that can create solutions for problems, manage team members, create a healthy work environment and maintain the integrity and values of our standards.

Responsibilities

• identify and execute company goals consistently for our location
• effectively lead and manage supply chain network and levels of our location
• lead all aspects of our locations operations including but not limited to products, services, revenues, expenses, cash flows, and labor
• accurately manage and lead team members including but not limited to employee handbook policies, values, sops, training, time tracking, scheduling, breaks, call offs, sick days, time off requests and labor
• Know health guidelines and must follow health code and procedures 
• Maintain and manage inventory tracking, storage and on hand levels with Sous Chef
•  Always be informed and strategic with lead, delivery and in house production times
• Analyze and follow data trends within our location to make well planned and accurate decisions in supplies
• Createandestablishateamdrivenenvironment
•  Lead by example and be willing to teach or support team members to the best of your ability

Qualifications

• Experience or degree in business management or operations
• Identify supply chain, diagnose problems fast and foresee potential issues
• Must be willing to work remote and travel
•  Excellent leadership skills with great resolve and personal integrity
• Advanced business planning and regulatory issues
•  Understand data analysis and performance metrics
•  Food Managers Certification
•  Displays integrity, leadership, energy, passion and authenticity
•  Know or learn all positions within FURY Operations
• Loves to cook and eat food

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $21.00 - $25.00/hour.
