  • Banquet Excellence:
  • Spearhead our banquet-driven culinary program, showcasing your ability to execute flawlessly for intimate gatherings and grand events.
  • Manage banquets for groups ranging from 150 to 1500 people, ensuring impeccable plated service for up to 400 guests.
  • Team Leadership and Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate a tight-knit kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with kitchen staff, inspiring a sense of camaraderie and shared dedication to culinary excellence.
  • Organizational Mastery:
  • Demonstrate organizational prowess by efficiently managing kitchen operations, implementing and upholding high standards and processes.
  • Make the kitchen your canvas, implementing your vision while adhering to established protocols.
  • Cost Control Expertise:
  • Utilize your financial acumen to expertly manage food costs, keeping them at an optimal 23-24%.
  • Implement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising the quality of our culinary offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or luxury dining setting.
  • Specialization in American cuisine, particularly with a focus on Southern flavors.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  • Track record of successful banquet execution, managing events of varying scales.
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in implementing and maintaining standards and processes.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
