- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or luxury dining setting.
- Specialization in American cuisine, particularly with a focus on Southern flavors.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Track record of successful banquet execution, managing events of varying scales.
- Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in implementing and maintaining standards and processes.
