- Develop and create innovative menus that reflect our culinary philosophy and meet the needs of our guests
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards are met on a daily bases
- Manage and lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with our catering coordinator
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and control food costs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings
Meeting budget targets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Assist in planning and executing banquets or special events

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen management principles and best practices
- Excellent understanding of food preparation techniques, flavors, and presentation
- Ability to create innovative menus that cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments
