- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage inventory and food costs to maximize profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques to continuously improve our offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in menu planning, costing, and food management
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and vendors
- Catering experience is a plus

Pay: $81,514.00 - $86,873.00 per year
