Provide professional executive level management for the Football Head Coach ("Head Coach"). Exercise independent judgment and leadership. Supervise the flow of information, manage projects, manage the internal operations of the Head Coach's Office, facilitate communication to and from the Head Coach's Office, and perform analysis of complex issues to facilitate management of the total organization by the Coach. Organize staff meetings, information sessions, and trainings. All tasks will be completed following the policies and procedures set forth by the department, University, state, Conference , and NCAA. The position will serve as a member of the department's Senior Staff and perform other duties and events as assigned by and in conjunction with the Athletics Executive Team and Football Sport Administrator(s).
