Executive Assistant

Executive assistant sought for rapidly growing multi specialty healthcare practice. You will love our team! Normal daily hours Monday - Friday from 0800 to 1600 but flexibility is required. Multiple locations to be visited periodically and opportunities to work from home at times. Preferred 3 years minimum work experience. Experience with word, excel, adobe, quickbooks, and gmail are a plus. Job duties will include multitasking with the executive team on planning functions, traveling to site visits, social media monitoring and engagement, administrative duties, and more.

We're looking for a high energy self starter capable of working autonomously and with executive team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
