Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Southern Devall, the leading marine transportation provider in America, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This role is critical to our overall success by ensuring our top executives remain focused and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline day-to-day logistics for our CEO & COO, enabling them to concentrate on strategy, leadership, and company direction.
- Coordinate group meetings and events, both on and offsite.
- Manage dynamic schedules efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Receive, prioritize, and handle calls and correspondence.
- Attend meetings at the request of the CEO or COO to take minutes and document follow-up actions.
- Organize and draft personal correspondence (email) for the CEO.
- Contribute to special projects, which may involve research and reporting.
- Handle executive expense accounting.
- In addition to Executive Assistant responsibilities, this role will oversee vendor relationships for our Houston office (Custodial, Office Supplies, Pest Control, etc.) and ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of C-suite Executive Assistant experience or 6 years of senior management Executive Assistant experience
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility for employment in the United States without sponsorship
