The Airport Executive Assistant supports the needs of the Airport through administrative, organizational, communications, and operational responsibilities for the Director and Commission. The salary range for this position is $27.16 to $38.03 per hour with a hiring range of $27.16 - $32.64 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Essential Job Functions
- Land and facilities lease administration, organization, and compliance.
- Compose and edit written correspondence, coordinate meetings, and explain policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain communications and marketing functions including management of website, social media, and other communications methods.
- Coordinate submittal of information between stakeholders and governing bodies.
- Responsible for the creation and updating of content for reports, research, and data analytics.
- Develop and maintain ongoing proficiency with computer, software and system support functions.
- Assist with Airport emergency support, and disseminate information for crisis communications in the event of airport emergencies with the public and media
- Process service agreements, online submittal of invoices, budget reports, payroll, and purchasing card transactions.
- Supports financial data entry including procurement, requisitions, invoicing, purchasing cards, payroll, and purchase orders.
- Assist with the creation of department budget and inputs into systems.
- Prepare information and presentations for public meetings.
- Serves as secretary of the Airport Commission. Prepare agendas, minutes and materials for meetings.
Other Job Functions
- Collaborate on Airport communications with the City's Office of Communications and Engagement department
- Respond to noise complaints with courtesy and a focus on education.
- Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; purchase and select equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Licensure and/or Certifications
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Directly Related Experience:
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a high volume, extensive public contact office.
- A degree in business or a related field.
- Microsoft Office experience.
Level of Physical Effort
Minimal physical effort typically found in clerical work. Primarily sedentary, may occasionally lift and carry light objects. Walking and/or standing as needed and minimal.

Minimal exposure to hazards are typically found in general office environment where there is rarely to no exposure to injury or accident.
