We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will be creative, a team player, problem solver, adaptable and self-sufficient.
Responsibilities:
*Administration-Includes everything from processing mail, managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes or even replenishing supplies needed in the office. Light bookkeeping duties may be included.
*Communication-Responding to email, managing the executive’s inbox, taking phone calls, etc
*Maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical and provide administrative support
*Assist with production which includes ordering parts, taking progress pictures, running errands, and communicating with customers
*Assist with hiring and maintaining employee records
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and Adobe
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience using QuickBooks is a plus
