The YWCA Greater Harrisburg is actively recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level administrative, planning and coordination support to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will also work closely with the Resource Development Director to help coordinate and execute high level engagement both internally and externally, based on events, special projects and assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities (brief overview)
- Managing CEO's calendar and meeting schedule
- Serving as liaison to Board of Directors at CEO's direction; including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, tracking Board of Directors terms and pertinent information; maintaining proper record of all Board resolutions; helping to identify and recruit volunteers and committee members
- Planning and Coordination of YWCA Alumni Society and Annual Holiday Giving Campaign
- Assisting with the planning and coordinating of fundraising efforts and events including securing sponsors, securing program ads, menu planning, tracking attendees, etc.
Qualifications: (Brief Overview)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field plus a minimum of three years' professional experience
- Strong organizational skills combined with equally strong attention to detail
- Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Emotional maturity with a professional, collaborative and approachable attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
