Job Description:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience supporting fast paced executives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic marketing agency as an Executive Assistant!
Responsibilities:
-Provide high-level administrative support to the agency owner, helping them manage their workload efficiently.
-Calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
-Act as a liaison between the owner and various internal and external executors.
-Assist in project management and task tracking to ensure projects are completed on time.
-Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
-Help streamline and improve the owner's workflow and task management processes.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in Google Suite and other task management tools.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-A background in marketing or experience working with marketing agencies is a plus.
-Must be available for a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-office and remote work.
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience.
Position Type:
Part-time or full-time options available, depending on the candidate's preference and availability.
