Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. This role will provide crucial support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
Note: This is a paid position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
