What You'll Do
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the CEVP responsible for S. LSI R&D. This role will provide operational support to keep SSI moving forward competitively while facilitating collaboration across multiple SSI groups.
Note: This is a 8 months LOA coverage support
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose HQ 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time
- Extensive calendaring and schedule management, including prioritizing conflicting meeting requests, tracking action items and commitments of the Executive, and following up to ensure the completion
- Manage internal communications on behalf of the Executive, which includes and is not limited to, weekly staff meeting agenda, action items, and etc.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the Executive, which includes flight, hotel, ground/local transportation, and meetings.
- Prepare and submit domestic/international travel and daily expense reports using the internal system
- Provide support to other management team members within the organization to ensure unity and smooth operation
- Provide a service that is in line with the Executive's work habits and preferences, including support to the Executive and team members outside of normal business hours to handle unexpected requests
- Support and coordinate Samsung events and VIP attendees. Handle any reservations (ex. conference room, restaurant, and etc.), catering orders, room setup, and etc.
- Work with other internal and external admins to coordinate meetings and events
- Ability to collect data and create an analysis based on the Executive's request and needs
- Support special projects as required; summarizing and translating data
- Provide support to the new employee's onboarding processes
- Manage stock of corporate items as required
- Handle errands, subscriptions, org chart, incoming and outgoing mail, and any other miscellaneous/ad hoc duties
- Partner effectively with the existing S. LSI EA team
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Bilingual in Korean (Speaking and Written communication)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
