Growing recycling center seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will be seeking a long term relationship, and also have experience as an executive assistant in the recycling or construction industries. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities:

ACCOUNTING
A/P, cash receipts, collections, bank and credit card reconciliations
Certified Payroll, job costing, and auditing.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT/EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION
Provide clients with certificates of insurance
Order supplies, ship plans/documents, keep office and office equipment clean and well maintained
Answer and field phone calls

Requirements:
QuickBooks experience
Basic Computer Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe (general use of PDF’s)
Detail-orientated
Works independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, organized and personable
Professional appearance and demeanor but no aversion to getting your hands dirty!

Strongly desired:
College degree or equivalent work experience
