Key Details:

• Rate: $2,500-$8,000/mo fixed fee, with potential to triple income as the franchise expands.

• Ideal Candidate: MD/DO with existing practice/employment.

Responsibilities:

As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing medical services and collaborating with the manager for practice planning and budgeting. Key duties include:

• On-site presence at Gameday physical location(s) at least twice monthly (per location) for supervision of mid-level Practitioners (PAs and NPs).

• Weekly Gameday Medical Director Quality Assurance Assessments.

• Thorough review of PA and NP medical charts as per state and federal law.

• Continuous support to Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners through various communication channels.

• Delegating tasks consistent with the supervising physician's specialty and ensuring compliance with state and federal Delegation Agreements.

• Observing and reviewing performance of mid-level practitioners until competency is assured.

• Active participation in ongoing training and continuous education for all Gameday treatment services.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Gameday Franchisors, practice employees, and consumers.

• Promotion of a medical provider environment in adherence to ethical standards, laws, and Gameday policies.

• Demonstrate caring and helpful attitude towards patients, vendors, and fellow employees.

• Understanding and alignment with Gameday's mission.

• Handling confidential information in compliance with Federal HIPAA guidelines.
