Job Summary:
EVV Coordinators are responsible for entering client and attendant information into the Vesta Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) System, including payroll and billing data for personal assistance services (PAS) with Texas Health and Human Services (HHS), managed care organizations (MCO), and private pay.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of clerical experience preferred.
- Associate degree in a related or applicable discipline preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform visit maintenance on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) System and train/orient clients and attendants on compliance with EVV requirements.
- Perform training and orientation for clients and attendants on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements.
- Assist attendants with downloading and installing the EVV Mobile App and providing instruction on how to clock in and out using the Mobile App.
- Assists with completing the training, evaluation, and counseling/disciplinary action of attendants in relation to EVV and compliance requirements.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
