The Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (BACVB) promotes Manatee County nationally and internationally as a destination for business and leisure travel. The BACVB manages three facilities in Manatee County that can roll out the red carpet to host sporting events, meetings, wedding, group tours and other specialty events.
Event Technician I (OPS)
You will work part time supporting a variety of events located at the Bradenton Area Convention Center (Palmetto FL), the Powel Crosley Estate (Sarasota, FL), or the Premier Sports Campus (Lakewood Ranch, FL). - Ability to work in a position to support events.
- General flexibility to accommodate your desired schedule.
- Part time work and schedule
- Set up and tear down of tables/chairs, provide maintenance/cleaning of facility as needed, perform outside maintenance/cleanup/landscaping as needed, and/or ensure outside environment/fields are ready for variety of sports events.
- Work between 10-25 hours per week depending on your desired schedule and management needs to support events.
- Work at either Bradenton Area Convention Center (Palmetto), Powel Crosley Estate (Sarasota) and/or Premier Sports Campus (Lakewood Ranch). You can express location preference, or work at any/all three facilities.

- Must be 17 years of age
- Familiarity with small power tools and equipment used in set-ups and teardowns associated with events
