Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and event logistics

- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budget limits

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for event growth

- Oversee event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and email campaigns

- Coordinate fundraising activities during events, working closely with sponsors and donors

- Manage event registration processes and handle attendee inquiries

- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise

- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

- Proven experience in event planning or events management

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent budgeting skills and the ability to manage resources efficiently

- Proficient in using event management software and tools

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive experience for attendees

- Knowledge of catering arrangements and menu planning is a plus
