Job Title: Event Staff

Duties:

-Load and organize event equipment

-Drive to and from job sites with event equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and decorating
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Assist with guest services, including answering questions and providing information about the event
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise during the event

Skills:
- Hospitality: Ability to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for event attendees
- Guest services: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to assist guests with their needs and inquiries
- Conflict management: Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Events management: Basic understanding of event planning and logistics

- Ability to load and unload event equiptment
- Public speaking: Comfortable speaking in front of large groups or addressing attendees during announcements or presentations
- Customer service: Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and empathy

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for event attendees. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to have you join our team! You will need your own car and flexibility to drive. The majority of events will take place on weekends and we do provide one additional hour of pay per event day to compensate for gas if events are more than 20 minutes from Westhampton Beach.
