Event Setup Staff

Flowers by Brian is seeking hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our floral design and delivery team in Mineola, New York. The role includes working in our warehouse, delivering materials and setting up various events.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and styling of event decor on-site
• Packing and loading equipment, flowers and other materials
• Preparing various decor elements and installations
• Organizing and cleaning supplies and inventory
• Understand and follow service standards as instructed by management
• Maintaining brand image

Qualifications:

• Consistent punctuality
• An eye for designing and placements
• Capable of working in teams (or alone) following directions from management
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Weekend Availability is required

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and willing to work 8- 12+ hour days. They have experience in the event design industry and working in teams taking direction from management. The candidate should have stellar punctuality and a friendly demeanor.

Those with experience in theater/ set design may be a great fit!

Preliminary Zoom interviews followed by in-person!

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
