Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base
- Sell, plan, and manage all aspects of on and off-site events from initial client meetings to event execution and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event planning, coordination, and execution, including catering and special event services
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event orders to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and networking efforts
- Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients, showcasing our venue and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality management
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Caterease software, and digital platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
