Event Planner By Project.

We are currently seeking a talented Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner with Wepah, you will play a key role in bringing our client’s visions to life. Responsibilities include:

* Collaborating with clients to understand their event goals and objectives.

* Designing and executing creative event concepts that align with client preferences and budget.

* Managing all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.

* Ensuring flawless execution of events, from setup to breakdown, to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and guests.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Event Planner, preferably in the events industry.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
