Here is what you will be doing each day:
Meet group coordinator prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable. Read and analyze banquet event order in order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc. Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.

You have a keen eye for detail. You don't shy away from physical work and can lift linen bundles that can weigh up to 100 lbs. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
